Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” refer to YUGEN STUDIOS. The terms “your”, “your” mean you as the “Customer”. These Terms and Conditions apply whenever you order of buy products from www.yugen-studios.com (”YUGEN STUDIOS”). We reserve the right to update Terms and Conditions at any time reflecting changes in operation processes, technology used, our business model as well as to comply with relevant laws and regulations. Therefore, each time you place the order or shop with us, you are kindly approving the Terms and Conditions.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Payments and refunds are invoiced in euro (EUR). The following methods of payment are accepted by yugen-studios.com:
Payment by credit card or debit card
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. When clients place their orders online, credit card details are forwarded to a protected online banking system provided by JSC Citadele bank. The cards will be debited at the moment of purchase and the order will only be shipped once the receipt of money has been confirmed.
Payment by bank/wire transfer
When bank wire/ bank transfer is selected at the order confirmation as a method of payment, the customer will receive an email confirming the selection, providing the account information of YUGEN STUDIOS SIA and requesting the customer to send a copy of the bank transfer confirmation to info@yugen-studios.com. The merchandise will then be reserved for the order and shipped once the funds are deposited in YUGEN STUDIOS SIA's bank account.
A purchase order received from the Customer constitutes Customer's intention to buy from YUGEN STUDIOS and it will only become a binding agreement between the parties when YUGEN STUDIOS accepts it in writing by issuing an order confirmation to Customer's email provided in the purchase order.
All prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of any duties unless Customer's local laws state otherwise. Information is provided in the invoice summary issued by YUGEN STUDIOS to the Customer.
Our online store at www.yugen-studios.com operates 24 hours a day, but may be closed for occasional maintenance, we try to ensure that such maintenance is conducted during the night. An order placed on a public holiday will be processed as soon as possible the following weekday.

YUGEN STUDIOS SIA reserves all rights on this website and is protected by intellectual property rights.
