All orders are packed and sent from Riga, Latvia and can be shipped worldwide. We deliver our art pieces and art prints worldwide with DHL.
Latvia - FREE shipping Delivered within approximately 3 business days.
Europe - FREE. Delivered within approximately 4-5 business days.
Rest of the World - FREE. Delivered within approximately 10 business days (more specific time will be defined once the order is placed)
Art pieces and prints bought from YUGEN STUDIOS can be returned within 14 days upon receipt. All pieces and prints must be returned unused and in the original undamaged packaging or a similar protective tube or box. Please note that we might refuse the return if it doesn’t match our criteria for returns. If any items arrive back to our studio with damages, we can only offer a 50% refund after evaluating the extent of the damage.
Please contact us by email customerservice@yugen-studios.com with your order confirmation before sending the art print back and we will guide you with the directions for our return policy. Note that all expenses for the return or exchange shipment is paid by the customer.
Once we receive your return and the above conditions are met, the return will be processed no later than 10 working days. You will receive an email and the funds will be refunded to you in the same way as payment was made.
